This is the acquisition retainer fee for a house  or townhouse for the use of STR. This fee will cover all application fees and any fees associated with initial application. 
 
You will receive your lease agreement in the mail to sign and notarize immediately.
 
This fee DOES NOT include design, furniture, or any deposits to move into the unit once approved. 
 
24 Hour REFUND POLICY. You can claim a refund within 24 hours after making the payment. After that 24 hours, no refund request will be honored.
